Dzembronski (called by local inhabitants Smotrytski) Waterfalls are situated in the mysterious and popular with tourists Chornohora Massif. A cascade of about 20 tiny waterfalls starts on the slopes of Mount Smotrych from the mountain stream Munchel at an altitude of 1400-1700 m a.s.l.. The flow’s height reaches up to 100 m, and the highest cascade is about 10 m.
Travelling through the Carpathians, people usually enjoy stopping by waterfalls, leading to the mysterious Mount called Vukhatyi Kamin or to the well-known Pip Ivan Mount to admire their scenic landscape.
The nearest settlement is the village of Dzembronia, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
