This church is situated in the center of Vorokhta village. Building of this church started in 1928 and it was consecrated in 1930. This sacred building is crossed-shaped and five-doomed. It also has a carved iconostasis that was painted by local artists, namely Vasyl Turchyniak and his son. Some icons were painted by Anatiliy Medelian from Lviv.
Wooden decorations were carved at the end of the 1980-s of the last century. Sideline altars with the icons of St. Nicholas and the Nativity of the Virgin Mary belong to an unknown artist.
