There is an opportunity to stay overnight in a campground called “Bilyi Slon. Hadzhyna”, which is located in the Pidgazhyna tract near the village of Bystrets. This is the best place to stay to explore Pip Ivan Mount and the “White Elephant” observatory, which is located on its top, as well mountains Shpytsi, Rebra and Brebeneskul lake. In summer, you can lodge in your own tent.
There is the Voluntary Mountain Rescue Service on the territory of the campground. This service collects information about weather, snow, avalanche safety, rotation of trained rescue guides, etc.. It cooperates with the Chornohora rescue service to improve the hikers’ safety in this area.
